By accessing or using ALMF Ecommerce's services or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.
2. Services
ALMF Ecommerce provides eCommerce and digital services including Amazon Private Label assistance, Shopify development, eBay management, web development, and app development. Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed upon in individual project agreements.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. ALMF Ecommerce retains the right to display the work in our portfolio. Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
ALMF Ecommerce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
